We're sorry to see you go. Before you proceed, please review the information below about what happens when you delete your account.
What Will Be Deleted
- Your personal information (name, email, phone number, address)
- Your saved vehicles
- Your saved payment methods
- Your wallet balance (please use your balance before deleting)
- Your redeemed coupons and promotions
- Your app preferences and settings
What Will Be Retained (Anonymized)
- Anonymized transaction records (required for tax and legal compliance, retained for 7 years)
- Anonymized charging session history (records remain for operational reporting but can no longer be linked to you)
- Any outstanding payment obligations
Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please ensure you have used any remaining wallet balance before submitting this request.
Processing Time
Your deletion request will be processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
How to delete your account
Account deletion is initiated inside the Green Wiser app:
- Open the Green Wiser app on your phone.
- Go to Profile → Delete Account.
- Follow the on-screen prompts.
If you have already uninstalled the app and cannot reinstall it, email support@greenwiser.app from the address associated with your account — we will process your request within 30 days.
